This came as a personal word, but it is also a corporate one. The Lord said exactly what the title says "You gonna have to start talking about the things that you don't want to talk about. The shame will begin to dissipate as you open your mouth little by little...baby steps. There will be moments when you will have to talk about some of the things you have endured, and some of the things you are still enduring. The Lord is calling you out of the fluff that many hide behind. Deliverance for others and for you will require you to open your mouth. The key to freedom is in your belly."
